The invite link says it has expired.
Invite links are single use, so a link that has already been used shows as expired when you open it again. First check your Telegram chat list — if the channel is there, you are already in and nothing is wrong. Tapping a link many times in a row can also make it stop responding for a while; wait about five minutes and try once more.
I paid but no invite arrived.
Send /status to @KBJDFAN_bot. If no active plan is listed, this Telegram account has no subscription we can see — for Patreon and FANBOX, run /verify with the identifier for your payment method. Telegram Stars and crypto link themselves, so /verify is not needed for those. If /verify still finds nothing, the payment may not have reached us at all, and the desk below can check it.
I paid on FANBOX and my email is rejected.
Send your pixiv display name instead — the account name you pledged with. Not an email address, and not the handle from your profile URL.
I switched Telegram accounts.
You do not need to pay again. If you never ran /verify, just run it on the new account with the same identifier. If the payment is already linked to the old account, /verify cannot move it and the bot will say it belongs to another account — write to the desk for your payment method and we will move it.
How do I cancel?
Telegram Stars: Telegram Settings → My Stars → the subscription → cancel. Patreon and FANBOX: cancel on that platform. Crypto is prepaid for the term you chose, so there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends when the term is over.
